The U.S. Army is seeking potential sources capable of supporting the acquisition of Virtual Reality (VR) based training for suicide prevention. The contractor will provide immersive simulations to improve knowledge retention and dedicated training time throughout the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG). The contractor will also collaborate with PAARNG stakeholders to collect and deliver data analytics following training sessions, provide access to training scenarios, and updates to scenario library. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience in training in a Virtual Reality environment. • The contractor must possess relevant DoD/Army contract experience, appropriate security clearances, and the technical capacity to support enterprise-level facility control system implementations across multiple installations. • The contractor must submit capability statements (maximum 5 pages) that include company information, relevant past performance examples, technical approach, rough order of magnitude cost estimates, and key personnel qualifications.
