The Technical College System of Georgia is seeking a qualified supplier to provide janitorial services for the Georgia Advanced Manufacturing Training Center. The successful contractor will furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and services to perform the janitorial services as described in the attached Scope of Service and Mandatory and Mandatory Scored requirements. The services will be provided at the training center located at 1500 Pine Meadow Drive, Pooler, Georgia 31322. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing janitorial services for a 50,000 square foot facility • Maintaining laboratory spaces, computer labs, classrooms, meeting rooms, and administrative spaces • Delivering customized training in advanced manufacturing technologies • Furnishing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and supplies • Performing services as described in the attached Scope of Service and Mandatory and Mandatory Scored requirements
