The County of Lancaster is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services for various municipal buildings and facilities. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for two one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and services required to provide custodial services at seven County office facilities. The County will provide a designated work and storage area, access to facilities, and certain equipment and supplies. The vendor must have demonstrated experience in providing custodial services to municipal entities and must be certified and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
