Description:
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking input from industry partners on the development of an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Collection Orchestration Service. The service will provide a unified capability for collection managers to search, order, manage, process, view, and task national, commercial, and publicly available information on unclassified networks. The NCIA is looking for feedback on the draft High-Level Summary of Requirements, which includes capabilities such as collection opportunities, collection tasking, data access, and data analytics. The service is expected to be cloud-based and provide access to diverse data sources while maintaining a stringent focus on security aspects. Key considerations for the service include system uptime, incident priority restoration times, and data visualization. • The service will provide access to third-party services or data, both directly and through APIs. • The service will enable access to relevant and desired data from a wide range of sources. • The service will allow collection managers to understand data usage through the visualization of data metrics. • The service will ensure that the data visualization is able to be tailored by collection managers to present data as required by the user.

Budget Estimate (AI):

$1,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not specify a budget or pricing model. However, based on the scope of the project, which includes the development of a cloud-based service for the orchestration of ISR data, the budget could be in the range of $1 million to $10 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the service will be developed and implemented over a period of 3 years, and that the pricing model will be based on a combination of licensing fees, data access fees, and support services. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the service, the number of users, and the level of support required.
