The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide rehabilitation services for a pool at 20480 Logan Avenue, Estero, FL 33928. The scope of work includes draining the pool and spa, removing and disposing of existing mechanical pool equipment, resurfacing the pool with Florida stucco, replacing damaged decking, installing a standard liner and tile, and filling the pool with water.
