The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC preventative maintenance and repair services at the NOAA Disaster Response Center in Mobile, Alabama. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four optional years. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work.
