The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking a contractor to develop and implement Phase I of the Tsunami Public Education and Resiliency Program. The program aims to enhance community awareness, preparedness, and resilience against tsunami hazards throughout the US Virgin Islands. The contractor will conduct a detailed assessment of tsunami hazard zones, develop engineering designs for tsunami signage, and create a public education framework. The contractor will also provide comprehensive documentation for Phase I, including a Phase I report, engineering design package, and environmental and permitting documentation.
