The Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. is seeking proposals for Pest Control Services for its statewide membership of approximately 480 public agencies. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four potential one-year extensions. The scope of work includes providing pest control services, including general pest control, termite control, and weed control, as well as providing training and education to members on pest management. The contract vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to perform the services. • The contract vendor must have a current license for Pest Management by the Arizona Department of Agriculture. • The contract vendor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contract vendor must provide a detailed pricing schedule, including discounts for bulk purchases. • The contract vendor must provide a plan for emergency pest control services. • The contract vendor must provide a plan for training and education on pest management for members.
