The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for laundry, shop, and kitchen supply rental services for the CAL FIRE Happy Valley Fire Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, and fees to provide rental services for various laundry, shop, and kitchen supplies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. • The contractor must be licensed to do business in California and provide proof of such. • The contractor must have a business license or incorporation papers for their respective state showing that their company is in good standing in that state, if the prime bidder's base of operation is located outside the State of California. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, city, and county laws, rules, or regulations affecting the work. • The contractor must provide commercial general liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, and commercial automobile insurance. • The contractor must cooperate with CAL FIRE authorities and observe and comply with all regulations presently in force on CAL FIRE grounds.
