Description:
The U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA), is seeking to consolidate its Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including Access and Identity Management System (AIMS) and Person Authentication Service (PAS). The consolidated contract will provide authentication and authorization services to FSA's applications, systems, and services for internal and external users. The scope of work includes modernization to a cloud-centric solution, agile development capacity, and operations and maintenance of Privileged Access Management (PAM). The contract is expected to result in cost savings, improved efficiency, and enhanced service quality. • The contract will be awarded as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. • The total estimated contract value is approximately $70.15M. • The contract will have a base period of one year, with four option years. • The contractor will be responsible for providing IAM services, including system monitoring, help desk support, and software patching. • The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations, including FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-63, and OMB M-21-31.
