The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking proposals to provide a turnkey service to remodel the landscape at the Trinity building located at 1117 Trinity St, Austin, Texas. The scope of work includes scraping and removing existing soil and mulch, hauling off excavated material, removing existing River Rock, excavating and installing new plants, and adjusting existing sprayers. The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire 60 days after the project start date. The contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. • The Successful Respondent shall scrape three inches depth of soil and remove all existing black mulch in areas where new material is being installed. • The Successful Respondent shall haul off all excavated material from the site. • The Successful Respondent shall remove existing River Rock in crushed granite pathway area. • The Successful Respondent shall excavate two inches deep and twelve inches wide along curves and sidewalks to prevent gravel from spilling over edges. • The Successful Respondent shall string trim the existing tree suckers under the oak trees and remove all existing green steel edging.
