Hillsborough County Public Schools is seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors to provide supplemental maintenance and repair of non-proprietary communication system failures for specific Nortel/Avaya telephone systems and Honeywell Vista Series security panels. The scope of work includes repairs, renovations, and upgrades of these systems, as well as the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications. The successful bidder will be required to recognize and report telephone service provider failures and coordinate system repairs with other HCPS contracted vendors.
