The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential vendors for a requirement of domestic Test Kits and Reagents for the CT Healthcare System, CT. The kits must be able to facilitate a variety of genomic research tasks related to single-cell analysis, including single-cell RNA sequencing, single-cell ATAC sequencing, single-cell multiome, single-cell DNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, cellular barcoding, and single-cell epigenomics.
