The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Radio Frequency (RF) spares, components, parts, ancillaries, and associated services. The framework agreement will be based on a firm-fixed price contract for a period of two years, with three further 12-month option periods. The contractor will be required to deliver demanded items to NCIA CSSC Brunssum (NLD) or as specified in each delivery Task Order. • The contract will include various performance options, such as volume discounts, expedited deliveries, and obsolescence management. • There is no guarantee of any work through the IDIQ framework. • The contractor must maintain a professionally active facility within the United States and be pre-approved for participation in NATO International Competitive Bidding (ICB). • The contractor must register with the NCI Agency's eProcurement tool, Neo.
