The County of Butte is soliciting bids for 225 Dell Mobile Precision 3590 Workstations and 225 Dell Thunderbolt Smart Dock 4 SD25TB4. The workstations and docks must be new Dell products, and no substitutions will be considered. The successful bidder will be required to provide all warranty and support for the hardware and software, and to register the products directly with Butte County. The bidder must also provide proof of hardware and support registration with the delivery of the products. • The workstations must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment I, including an Intel Core Ultra 5 135H vPro Enterprise processor, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, and a 256 GB SSD. • The docks must be Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock SD25TB4. • The bidder must provide a detailed description of their use of recycled materials in the manufacture of the products. • The County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of the County.
