Description:
The Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a contractor to provide third-party loan underwriting services in support of its Multifamily Housing Program. The contractor will be responsible for determining threshold or eligibility compliance, conducting site inspections, determining project selection compliance, and preparing program documents and closing financing. The contractor will also be required to provide loan underwriting and technical assistance and training according to the detailed specifications. The contract will be for a five-year base period with no option periods.
