The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a contractor to provide Ansul Systems repair and maintenance services at the Sugar Pine Conservation Camp. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on two Ansul systems, as well as degreasing exhaust systems and maintaining fire system sensors. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew. The contractor must be a California Certified Small Business and must not subcontract out any portion of the work. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for Ansul Systems repair at Sugar Pine Conservation Camp. • The contractor must ensure that the Ansul systems are operating properly and that sensors will respond as needed. • The contractor must not purchase supplies or perform any repairs or maintenance without prior written approval from the CAL FIRE Project Representative. • The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the Labor Code, including those related to prevailing wage rates and worker's compensation. • The contractor must provide a certified copy of all payroll records for verification by CAL FIRE Contract Representative with each invoice.
