The City of Santa Barbara is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call biological resources and/or California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) professional services. The selected firms will be added to a pre-qualified list and may be contracted to provide services on an as-needed basis for the Public Works Department. The services may include biological resources, CEQA document preparation, and environmental review. The City anticipates contracting with multiple environmental consulting firms for a five-year term.
