The Cottrellville Township is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive 5-Year Parks and Recreation Plan. The goal is to create a visionary and actionable plan that will guide the township's growth and enhance the quality of life for its residents over the next five years. The scope of work includes inventory and analysis, needs assessment, design and planning, programming, funding and partnerships, and maintenance and sustainability. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications, approach and methodology, team expertise, community engagement, and cost. • The proposal should include a company profile, project approach, team members, timeline, budget, and references. • The proposal should be submitted by May 1st, 2025, to the Cottrellville Township Board. • Electronic submissions are also accepted through Bidnet Direct. • Inquiries and requests for clarification should be made in writing and emailed to supervisor@cott-township.org by April 21, 2025.
