The City of Watervliet is seeking a grant consultant to provide management services for state and federal programs, including NYS Main Street Programs, HOME Program, RESTORE, Access to Home Program, NYS CDBG, NYS AHC, NYS OCR, NYS DEC, and NYS EFC. The consultant will assist with research, strategy development, grant writing, and grant management. The contract will cover a three-year period from January 2026 to December 2029. • Assist with research and develop strategies for State and Federal Grants • Assist with writing and submitting grants on behalf of the city • Provide copies of all correspondence and grant applications to City staff • Assist with Consulting Taks Directives (CTD) and other written assignments • Collaborate with City staff for grant management, reporting, and grant close out processes
