The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking a firm to provide building commissioning services for the New Swine/Sheep/Goat Barn & Arena project at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter. The project involves the construction of a new 55,000 square foot barn with a show arena and livestock holding area. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, including the building envelope, are complete and functioning properly. The firm will also be required to provide documentation and training to the facility staff. The project is estimated to cost $18,500,000 and is expected to commence in Spring 2025.
