The Borough of Englewood Cliffs is seeking a professional firm to provide digital tax mapping services through a fair and open process. The selected firm will provide land surveying and tax map revision services, including boundary, topographic, site, and utility surveys. The firm must demonstrate the ability to provide these services in a timely fashion, including staffing, familiarity, and location of key staff. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The Borough is looking for a firm with experience in providing tax mapping services to public entities, specifically tax mapping or zoning boards. Key points to consider: • Provide land surveying services, including boundary, topographic, site, and utility surveys • Prepare all surveys on an Auto Cad database compatible with other engineering firm's databases and New Jersey map filing law • Provide all documents in vellum • Provide field survey services integrated within the survey design database • Forward to the Borough of Englewood Cliffs a digital drawing file upon completion • Review all deeds filed with the Bergen County Registrar's Office that affect any revision to the Borough of Englewood Cliffs Tax Maps • Sign and seal all revised tax maps in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:23-1.1
