The City of Pasadena is seeking bids for the construction of a 25 Megawatt utility-scale lithium iron phosphate Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a minimum storage capability of four hours. The project will be located at the Glenarm Power Plant and must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and protocols.
