The Department of Management Services (DMS) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a multi-year State Term Contract for Ocean Marine Insurance and Open Cargo Insurance. The successful bidder will provide commodities and/or contractual services as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work. The contract term is specified in Attachment H, Draft Contract. The Department intends to make a single award, but reserves the right to make no award or award to another vendor if necessary. • The ITB includes a detailed timeline of events, including the solicitation posting date, question submission deadline, and bid submission deadline. • Bidders must submit a signed Attachment B, Mandatory Responsive Requirements, and provide pricing on Attachment C, Price Sheet. • The Department will evaluate bids based on the lowest calculated premium, and the contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder. • The successful bidder must register with the Florida Department of State, complete a Florida Substitute Form W-9, and provide a PUR 7801 Vendor Certification Form prior to contract execution.
