The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to provide legal services related to ephemeral messaging practices and policies. The selected firm will assist the City Attorney’s Office with legal research, advice, and reports regarding the City’s prior and current practices and policies, as well as litigation services and representation in trial and appellate courts.
