The City of Louisville, Georgia is seeking bids for the construction of Jewell Lane and Second Street Roadway and Drainage Improvements. The project includes a double headwall for 36” storm pipes, asphalt overlay, approximately 37 L.F. of 24” RCP storm pipe, one storm manhole, traffic control, rip rap, and soil erosion and sediment control. Bidders must have a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License and employ a state “Utility Manager” certificate holder.
