The State of Idaho's Division of Public Works/Facilities Services is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Idaho Falls State Office Building. The contract will be for one year with four optional renewals of one year each. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained state office building. Key services include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and office areas, as well as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. The contractor must also provide inventory control, storage, and distribution of all janitorial supplies and maintain a dedicated storage space for supplies and equipment. • Daily services: emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming and dusting floors and surfaces • Weekly services: cleaning glass entrances, lobby doors, and interior doors, cleaning and sanitizing restroom partitions • Monthly services: scrubbing and buffing vinyl and hard surface floors, power scrubbing and treating restroom floors • Quarterly services: elevator and walk-off carpet cleaning using hot water extraction methods • Semi-annual services: cleaning interior and exterior lens of light fixtures, dusting and cleaning exterior entry surfaces and recessed lights • Annual services: cleaning all carpets using hot water extraction methods
