The City of Burnsville is seeking qualified contractors to replace the roof of the Nicollet Reservoir and perform associated mechanical, electrical, and interior finishing work. The scope includes demolition of existing roofing, installation of new roofing systems, concrete work, carpentry, painting, and related mechanical and electrical installations as outlined in multiple divisions of the project specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically via Building Connected by the deadline, and the City reserves the right to award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder. • Replace the reservoir roof (Division 7 – Roofing Package) and related structural components. • Perform concrete, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and electrical work as detailed in Divisions 3, 6, 9, 23, and 26. • Submit electronic bids through Building Connected; bid bond of 5% of the bid amount payable to the City. • Pre‑bid conference optional on April 22, 2026; not mandatory.
