The United States Air Force is seeking a vendor to install an audio-visual system, including various equipment and components, cabling, and wiring, to ensure a room can amplify voices and deliver sound and video from computers connected to the projector. The vendor will provide project management, system testing, and commissioning, as well as on-site training services and manufacturer training. The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary equipment, installing AV-related equipment and cabling, and providing control system programming. • The vendor must provide a complete and functional system, including all necessary hardware and accessories. • The vendor must provide system testing and commissioning in accordance with industry standards. • The vendor must provide on-site training services and manufacturer training as required. • The vendor must provide close-out documentation, including owner's manuals. • The vendor must provide a system warranty as detailed from the date of system acceptance by the owner.
