The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, is soliciting a design-bid-build (DBB) construction project to build a standard design Company Operations Facility at Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. The project includes a detached administrative module, supply (readiness) module with platoon offices, covered concrete hardstand area, and an option line for a gravel parking lot across the road. The facility will be designed to current NFPA, IBC, NEC codes, and applicable UFCs and the Army Standard Design for company operations facilities. Key features of the project include: • Construction of five new structures: two 1-story Readiness Module buildings, two 1-story Covered Hardstands, and one 2-story Admin Module building • Site work, including cut and fill, site improvement, retaining wall, detention basin, landscaping, irrigation, utilities, parking, paving, curbs, and gutters • The project magnitude is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000 • The estimated period of performance is 1,326 calendar days for the base and option work The project aims to provide current standard design facilities for four companies and a Troop Aid Station, consolidating the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, in the South Range District of Schofield Barracks.
