The Covina-Valley Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) services to students in grades TK-6. The selected organization will be responsible for designing, planning, administering, and operating high-quality expanded learning opportunities programs at the District's nine elementary and three middle school sites. The program should focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. The organization should have experience in providing similar services and should be able to provide a full range of programs, including enrichment lessons, homework coaching, physical fitness, and social-emotional learning support. • The program should serve multiple groups of students, depending on grade level, across multiple District elementary and middle school campuses. • The organization should be able to provide high-quality and engaging activities for TK-6th grade students. • The organization should have a background in providing similar services and should be able to demonstrate experience and capacity to develop and provide high-quality expanded learning programs. • The organization should be able to provide full-service support to the District, including student enrollment and attendance management, parent communication, marketing, and hiring and training of employees.
