The City of Oxnard is seeking proposals from qualified planning and environmental consulting firms to assist in the preparation of environmental assessments under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the City's land use development projects. The selected consultant will be required to prepare initial studies, environmental documents, and other related services. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option for two one-year extensions. The City is looking for firms with extensive experience in preparing environmental documents and a strong understanding of CEQA and NEPA regulations.
