The City of Santa Clara is seeking a Data Integration (DI) platform to support the Santa Clara Police Department. The platform should provide a foundation for the department's long-term goal of developing a Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC), centralize and streamline various data sources, and enhance efficiencies and productivity across all divisions. The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive project plan, including implementation methodology, change management, and post-implementation support and documentation. The contract will be for an initial term of five years, with the option to exercise up to five additional one-year options. • The DI platform should meet the following goals and objectives: provide a foundation for SCPD's long-term goal of developing a Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC), centralize and streamline various data sources, and enhance efficiencies and productivity across all divisions. • The platform should have the ability to absorb future unidentified data source systems as criminal intelligence evolves and grows. • The platform should institutionalize data governance along with the ability to operationalize Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, and improved data Visualization. • The platform should manage structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from external and internal sources to enhance business intelligence and analytics.
