The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for various locations, including La Plata-101 Catalpa Dr. The services will include providing connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The contractor will be required to meet the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract RFP No. F50B4400028 and provide services for a period of four years. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest proposed price for each location and Functional Area. • The contractor must provide a brief description of services to be offered in response to this PORFP. • The contractor must provide an updated on-net list and a timeline for installation. • The contractor must provide a list of assumptions that impact installation and delivery. • The contractor must provide a price sheet with all proposed services, including all rates fully loaded. • The contractor must provide a description of any assumptions on which the Master Contractor’s PO Financial Proposal is based.
