The Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) is seeking bids for the renovation and addition of the Learning Resource Center. The project involves a complete interior renovation, including major mechanical systems, structural modifications, wall and floor plan revisions, plumbing and electrical work, and new architectural finishes.
