The US Air Force is seeking information from potential vendors for vehicle rentals in support of the 2025 Beale Air & Space Expo, Legacy of Reconnaissance Air Show. The vendor will be required to provide 60 standard cars and 18 minivans or full-size SUVs for the event, which will take place from June 7-8, 2025. The vehicles must be delivered to Beale AFB by June 5, 2025, and picked up by June 9, 2025. The vendor will be responsible for providing insurance, fuel, and maintenance for the vehicles. • The vendor must provide liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. • The vendor must ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet federal and California safety standards. • The vendor must provide replacements for any breakdowns within 4 hours. • The vendor must comply with all security regulations and requirements on Beale AFB.
