The City of Shoreline is seeking a consultant to provide professional services for its Surface Water Utility. The selected consultant will provide support for the City's 2024-2029 NPDES Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit and other surface water quality-related programs. The scope of work includes tasks such as surface water quality monitoring program analyses, public education and outreach, source control program support, and mapping requirements. The consultant will also provide on-call assistance for NPDES audits and other professional services as needed.
