The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a qualified respondent to provide high-quality facility-based forensic mental health services to adults and juveniles at the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center (SFETC). The services will include management, operations, and facility maintenance, as well as integrating security and substance abuse and mental health treatment. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with the option for renewal. The respondent will be responsible for providing these services within the legislatively appropriated budget. • The services will be provided at the state-owned SFETC facility in Florida City. • The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, with the option for renewal. • The respondent will be required to provide all components necessary for the full operation of the facility. • The contract will be awarded based on the respondent's ability to provide high-quality services within the budget.
