The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease electric powered Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) systems with support services for use at Naval Base New London, Groton, CT. The systems will be used to establish a Breathing Air System, Tooling Air System, and Blast Air System. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and services to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work. The lease period is for 37 weeks, with options to extend for an additional 4 weeks. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, as well as providing training and maintenance services. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered, including a preventive maintenance schedule. • The contractor must demonstrate their technical acceptability by providing information required under the solicitation. • The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. • The contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest price technically acceptable quote.
