The University of Connecticut is seeking bids for recreation fields maintenance services at three athletic fields located on the Storrs and Depot Campuses. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing landscape and maintenance services. The bid submission deadline is 7/29/2025 2:00 PM EDT. • The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids/Proposals within ninety (90) calendar days of the Bid/Proposal due date and time. • The Company must provide complete responses to the questions contained within the Solicitation and submit all required documents. • The Company must have a current Certificate of Legal Existence or Authorization from the CT Secretary of State. • The Company must demonstrate a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and a Health and Safety Plan. • The Company must comply with Connecticut General Statutes and University policies.
