Budget Estimate (AI):

$300,000 – $600,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated, but it can be estimated based on the percentage of gross receipts that the concessionaire is willing to pay to the County. The concessionaire will provide a variety of hot and cold beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and will maintain hours of operation consistent with event schedules. The concessionaire will also pay all applicable sales tax. Assuming an average event attendance of 500 people and an average beverage sale of $10 per person, the total beverage sales for one event would be $5,000. With 200 events per year (based on the 2025 event schedule), the total annual beverage sales would be $1,000,000. If the concessionaire pays 10% to 20% of gross receipts to the County, the annual budget to the County would be $100,000 to $200,000. Therefore, the estimated budget range for this opportunity is $100,000 to $200,000 per year, for a total of $300,000 to $600,000 over the three-year contract term.
