The Montrose County Event Center is seeking an experienced contractor to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services at the center. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring beverage sales are provided at public events and will have the right to provide beverage services at meetings, private parties, and banquets. The successful proposer will work with event promoters and coordinators to meet the event's beverage needs. The contract will be for a three-year term, with the option for renewal at the County's sole discretion. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing beverage services. • The contractor must have all applicable operating licenses, including beverage preparation and sale licenses, and liquor licenses if liquor is to be served. • The contractor must provide a variety of hot and cold beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for adults of drinking age. • The contractor must maintain hours of operation consistent with event schedules and maintain a minimum presence on days with lower traffic. • The contractor must accept a variety of customer payment methods and pay all applicable sales tax.
