The University of Central Missouri is seeking bids for the annual supply of architectural wayfinding signage for the UCM campus. The successful bidder will be required to provide new and current production equipment and supplies that meet or exceed the specifications and requirements stated in the IFB. The contract will be for a period of one year, with prices remaining valid for 90 days from bid closing. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate for the required supplies if all bids are unacceptable. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid complies with all mandatory specifications and requirements and is the lowest and best bid, considering price, responsibility of the bidder, and all other evaluation criteria. • The bidder must examine the entire IFB carefully and ensure that all specifications and requirements are met or exceeded. • The University will not pay state or federal taxes unless otherwise required under law or regulation. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the performance of the contract. • The contract shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Missouri.
