The City of Huntsville is seeking bids for Concrete Cutting Services. The City desires to solicit sealed bids for the goods and/or services described in Appendix B of this Invitation for Bid. The major objectives of this IFB are to describe the goods and/or services desired by the City, describe the City contract terms and conditions, and provide Bidders with instructions for responding to this IFB. The scope of work includes providing concrete cutting services on a 24/7 basis, with work to be started within one hour for emergencies and four hours for non-emergencies after notification to proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor defects or technicalities. • The Bidder must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools of the trade required to meet the Contract requirements. • The Bidder must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the total price specified in the Bidder Pricing Form. • The Bidder must provide insurance as specified in Appendix A. • The Bidder must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations. • The Bidder must provide a certificate of insurance as specified in Appendix A. • The Bidder must provide a performance bond and payment bond, if required. • The Bidder must provide a report of ownership form as specified in Appendix H.
