The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to repair and replace the roof of Building 113, a historical building located at Fort Bliss, Texas. The project includes removing the existing asphalt shingle roofing system and providing a new metal shingle roof system, as well as repairing and painting existing wood soffit and fascia. The contractor will be required to field verify all dimensions and quantities before commencing work and to ensure that all new materials and paint colors are coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Cultural Resource Manager. The contractor will also be responsible for providing temporary heating and cooling to the building during construction and for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with regulatory codes and standards.
