The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a contractor to perform a Radio System Upgrade (RSU) for the International Airborne Advance Warning and Control System (AWACS). The upgrade will include a full replacement of the Ultra-High Frequency (UHF)/Very-High Frequency (VHF) and High-Frequency (HF) radio suite on a full fleet of aircraft. The integration and installation of the radios will provide the Second Generation Anti-Jam Tactical UHF Radio for North America Treaty Organization (NATO) (SATURN) and Tactical Secure Voice Cryptographic Interoperability Specification (TSVCIS) capabilities for the aircraft. • The contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, and installing the new radio system. • The contractor will need to ensure that the new system is compatible with existing aircraft systems. • The contractor will need to provide training and support for the new system. • The contractor will need to ensure that the new system meets all relevant safety and security standards.
