Description:
The City of Cleburne is seeking a qualified Grant Administration Service Provider to assist in preparing an application for and managing a 2025-2026 State of Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The provider will be responsible for grant administration services, project management, financial management, environmental review, and other tasks. The provider should have experience with federally funded programs and be certified by the TDA. The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering factors such as proposed fees, references, quality of services, and past relationships with the City. Key aspects of the job include: • Developing a recordkeeping system and maintaining filing systems • Providing general advice and technical assistance to City personnel • Assisting the City in meeting special condition requirements and preparing documentation for TDA • Conducting environmental reviews and preparing requests for release of funds • Assisting with acquisition activities, construction management, and labor standards compliance • Preparing quarterly reports and close-out information • Ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements related to equal employment opportunity and fair housing
