The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide wash rack and accumulation tank cleaning services at Aviano Air Base in Italy. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 5-year ordering period. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including cleaning, removal, and disposal of waste from wash racks and accumulation tanks, as well as labor hours for routine and emergency service calls. The contractor must also provide chemical analysis and camera hours as needed. * The contractor must have experience with similar services and be able to meet the required response time for emergency calls. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide proof of this registration. * The contractor must submit a price schedule and technical literature for the removal, disposal, and cleaning of liquid waste. * The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for meeting the required response time and demonstrate their capability to meet this requirement.
