Key responsibilities include conducting a cybersecurity risk assessment, developing a comprehensive cybersecurity plan, providing staff training, and supporting implementation. • The consultant must have experience working in distributed IT environments and demonstrate a clear understanding of Tribal data sovereignty and cross-border data considerations. • The consultant must align their approach with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and support integration into the Tribe's long-term cybersecurity governance efforts. • The consultant must provide a roadmap for policy implementation, conduct training sessions, and offer guidance on cybersecurity governance and enforcement. • The consultant must ensure all deliverables meet grant reporting, documentation, and performance expectations.
