Metropolitan Community College is seeking a vendor to provide bookstore services for the MCC District. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing textbooks, course materials, and other related services to students and college personnel. The vendor will also be responsible for promoting the image of the institution and cultivating a sense of loyalty and school spirit through the sale of insignia merchandise and other memorabilia. The vendor should have experience in managing overall bookstore services for a multi-campus community college using a virtual and/or hybrid model. • The vendor should provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications for providing similar solutions. • The vendor should describe their approach to successfully providing the services requested in the RFP. • The vendor should provide a minimum of three client references for whom they have provided similar services in the community college space. • The vendor should describe their pricing policies for textbooks and course materials and explain their company's plans to address the pricing concerns of faculty and students at MCC.
