The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking firms to provide building commissioning services for the new Health Sciences Building at Coastal Pines Technical College in Jesup, Georgia. The selected firm will be required to develop an Owner's Project Requirements document, review the Design Professional's Basis of Design information, and provide commissioning services during the design and construction phases.
